So, this show keeps surprising me, which is surprising in itself, what with it being a television show and all.
We're nearing the end of series one.
Non-sparkly.

So, is reading actually more important than living? It's so hard to tell.

I couldn't cope with all the ess ee ecks. It might be natural prudishness or a side effect of pregancy. As much as I adore Tales of the City, I remember recoiling from that during labour with Una.
Apparently it gets more shocking. Not sure I can take any more.
Oh people, you're so much more dignified than I am. One of the things I love about it is the ess ee ecks and all of its camp glory - though in a particularly slow episode in season 2 I was like, really honey, this is just soft porn: quick boring scene, hot sex, quick boring scene, more hot sex etc.
Now, season 3, that is really getting good.
