Any support for green carpet out there? People think it will date. I'm not convinced that's a bad thing, in a kind of heritage architecture way.

There are greens and there are greens. Choose something in the heritage olive variety and it will whisper 'library' forever. Choose something from the silvery green family and it will say, "classy, but high maintenance". Go for any greens that contain yellow tones and your carpet will be very hard work to live with!
