Last night we went out to dinner with a bunch of friends. The kid ate crunchy noodles with broccoli and beef and hummed 'Girlfriend in a Coma'.
Friends discussed random items such as nappy services, human rights, mandatory detention, real estate, cooking and the drums the drums.
People are quite odd, really.

Yes, I don't rightly know what to say, kazari. There's the whole thing of the books not being gone, but still feeling like some huge part of my life has gone. Neil Gaiman's obituary is lovely and loving. And I think we'll miss her very much and grieve.
You honestly have the coolest kid.
